Rooms and facilities were nice, but most important - everything was very clean. Don't forget to dine at Mesomaya, it's within 15 minutes walk or so, we really loved it.

In general, the hotel was very clean. Moreover, there was a free WiFi

The breakfast was wonderful, we would definitely visit it again. The staff were friendly during 7 night we stayed there. The place is 9 miles away from Dallas downtown. Swimming pool was incredible too.

The bed was comfy and the staff was so friendly!
I wish we'd had a small refrigerator.

The room was a work in understated elegance, and the bed was to die for - - never slept so well in my life. It was a short ride to downtown for my business meetings.

The eggs were truly the very best that I have ever had in a hotel. the bed left me thinking I need to change my bed at home.
I had but an overnight stay. wishing I would have more time to enjoy the campus.

The grounds are exceptionally nice.
The key cards are inferior. On three different occasions my key card did not work when I return to the room. I was told it's probably because I had it next to my cell phone. That may have been true years ago but new technology has eliminated that. I stay in a different hotel every week and this is the only place I experience the key card failure.

Room was very clean. The pool was big-which kids loved. The grounds were beautiful. It was like being at a mini resort and hotel guests have full access to on-site spa, aerobics center (with classes) and there was also a small restaurant on the grounds. The hotel is located in a nice part of Dallas that's close to main highways but off enough to be quiet. We will definitely book the Cooper Hotel for our next Dallas trip.
Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in room (like to keep drinks on hand traveling with kids).

I loved the large rooms, workout facility, lap pools, walking track on property
Greeting and front desk - it was if it was a ghost town. Such a minor detail but to be greeted at the beginning and leaving would have been nice, but not necessary.
-
missing
coffee - a cappucino at breakfast would be lovely

Comfy rooms, nicely furnished
The breakfast room looks like any motel breakfast room, and the breakfast was just fine - nothing more. Also too many entries to the building, not ideal for safety. Don't expect a baby friendly pool but that's a wellness center so that's fine
